Our favorite was the new Encanto booth, the empanadas were smashing (fair alert: there was a chip of a spicy kick to it) and the succulent Coconut and Passion Fruit Smoothie that Lily loved (plus we kept the cup as a souvenir!) We always like trying out the Deconstructed Dishes; we enjoyed the Primal Lime Pie a fleck better than the deconstructed BLT. We all tried the Kebabs from Tangerine Cafe in Morocco (go for the chicken if worried about spice) while I sipped on the Chai Tea Mint Mimosa. The Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup from Pop Eats were besides a striking with the tadpoles and Leap. The Palette Cookie from Refreshment Port is a perfect nod to this creative festival.
